Refund policy

If you have changed your mind, you may return any item, providing:

• It is in as-new condition, and has not been started
• You inform us within 14 days after receiving your item

You will be responsible for the return postage, and you will need to do so within 14 days after we have accepted your return.

If there is a problem with any item, please contact us and we will send out replacement parts immediately.
